Abbey Healthcare Limited operates two retail pharmacies in Dublin and Cork and wanted to reach mobile users looking for a late night pharmacy in those areas. Red Flag delivered a geolocation-based mobile web app optimised for search engines e.g. SEO and whose content can be updated anytime via a CMS.

The mobile web app - which works on Android, iPhone, Windows Phone, Blackberry, etc. platform based smartphones - automatically detects the geolocation of the mobile user in order to display the information related to the closest pharmacy and adapt the navigation accordingly. Thus if the mobile user is in Dublin touching the telephone button at the top of the screen dials the number of the Dublin pharmacy. The directions, contact details, opening hours, etc. are set according to the closest pharmacy
